  • We are not in the same city, can we still work together?

    Of course! That's the great thing about design and technology. While we're based in Sydney, Australia, we've worked with people all around Australia and internationally including New York, USA. 

  • What kind of graphic design services do you offer?

    We offer all services relating to graphic design. If you're looking for something specific, reach out to info@blackrhinocreative.com.au and get a custom quote and your project questions answered.

  • Do you do any last-minute designs or quick-turnaround jobs?

    This really depends on the project brief and what projects we're already working on. Can we build a complete brand identity overnight, no way! And you shouldn't want to work with someone that can. 

  • How long does it take to create a brand identity?

    This is a tricky question to answer. How quickly will you respond to emails? It might take you an hour, 5 days or 2 weeks to respond to emails. Generally we recommend allowing approximately 3-4 weeks for your brand identity to be created. We don't rush the process, and we never send out files before they are ready.

  • How do you send final files?

    We package our files and send them via WeTransfer. This is a safe, free service that is extremely easy to use. 

  • What format will I receive my files?

    This differs depending on the design request, but you will ALWAYS receive a high resolution version of your design after payment. If your looking for a logo design, you will receive your logo as eps, jpg and png files in both colour and black and white settings. Stationery templates are commonly supplied as MS Word documents. Between edits, most work is sent as a pdf for review and commenting.

  • Do I get the copyright?

    Yes! Once payment for your work/or file is made, the files are yours to use as you wish. You will not be required to pay royalties or any additional fees to us for using your logo. 

  • Will you supply the IND file/s?

    No. We do not supply you with any IND design files unless there is an agreement in place before commencement of work. Make sure to have a conversationg with Ange prior to starting your project if this is something you'll need. 

  • How do I get started?

    EASY! Send an email to  info@blackrhinocreative.com.au letting us know all your project details. We'll either ask for more details, or we'll be able to send you a quote based on the information you supplied. 

  • Can you animate my logo?

    Absolutely! This isn't something everybody asks for, so if this is something of interest to you, don't forget to mention it to use when getting your logo design quote. 

  • Do you offer rebranding?

    Of course! We don't just help establishing business', we also work with already existing business' of all sizes reach their brand identity goals. Whether you're looking to tweak your identity or give it a full makeover, we've got you sorted.

  • How many revisions am I allowed?

    Two (2) rounds of revisions are included in every project brief unless stated otherwise. Additional changes are then charged hourly.

  • Do you request up front payment?

    Yes. All projects require a 50% upfront payment before work commences. The remaining 50% will need to be paid upon project completion before we release your final file/s.

  • What currency do you charge in?

    We charge in Australian dollars (AUS$).

  • Do you charge GST?

    Yes, we charge 10% GST to all invoices.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    Yes, we offer discounts all year round. The best discounts are usually when you have multiple items that need creating in one brief.
