  • We are not in the same city, can we still work together?

    Of course! That's the great thing about design and technology. While we're based in Sydney, Australia, we've worked with people all around Australia and internationally including New York, USA. 

  • What kind of graphic design services do you offer?

    While our main service is brand identity, we also offer other graphic design services. If you're looking for something specific, reach out to info@blackrhinocreative.com.au and get a custom quote for your project.

  • Do you do any last-minute designs or quick-turnaround jobs?

    This really depends on the project brief and what projects we're already working on. Can we build a complete brand identity overnight, no way!

  • How long does it take to create a brand identity?

    This is a tricky question to answer. How quickly will you respond to emails? It might take you 5 mins, 5 days or 2 weeks to respond to emails. Generally we recommend allowing approximately 3-4 weeks for your brand identity to be created. We don't rush the process, and we never send out files before they are ready.

  • How do you send final files?

    We package our files and send them via WeTransfer. This is a safe, free service that is extremely easy to use. 

  • What format will I receive my files?

    This differs depending on the design request, but you will ALWAYS receive a high resolution version of your design after payment. If you purchase a brand identity package, you will receive you logo as eps, jpg and png files in both colour and black and white styles. The included stationery templates will be supplied in MS formats. Between edits, most work is sent as a pdf for review.

  • Do I get the copyright?

    Yes! Once payment for a package and/or file is made, the files are yours to use as you wish. You will not be required to pay royalties or any additional fees to us for using your logo. 

  • Will you supply the IND file/s?

    No. We do not supply you with any IND design files unless there is an agreement in place before commencement of work.

  • How do I get started?

    If you're wanting to purchase a brand identity pack, simply checkout your chosen package. If you have another design request or require a custom quote, send an email to info@blackrhinocreative.com.au and Ange will get back to you asap.

  • Can you animate my logo?

    Absolutely! We're always looking for new ways to enhance our clients brand identity, and this is one of those ways.

  • Do you offer rebranding?

    Of course! We don't just help establishing business', we also work with already existing business' of all sizes reach their brand identity goals. Whether you're looking to tweak your identity or give it a full makeover, we've got you sorted.

  • How many revisions am I allowed?

    Two (2) rounds of revisions are included in every project brief unless stated otherwise.

  • Do you request up front payment?

    Yes. All of our brand identity projects require 100% payment upfront. If you have a custom quote or are working with Ange on another project, there is a 50% upfront payment before work commences, and the remaining 50% will need to be paid before you receive your final file/s.

  • What currency do you charge in?

    We charge in Australian dollars (AUS$).

  • Do you charge GST?

    Yes, we charge 10% GST to all invoices.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    We run promotions throughout the year that offer discounts to our BLACKRHINO fam newsletter members only. If you haven't yet signed up, you can do so by signing up via our homepage.
